I was looking for a specific vehicle in a specific color and specific options. Nothing extremely special or special order items, but I knew what I wanted and you did not have it. Heather said she will find me exactly what I want because she wanted my business not only for this purchase, but future purchases as well. 24 or 36 hours later she had located my vehicle and gave me a no hassle detailed quote for an out the door price and the entire procedure was about as simple as a person could hope for. She did an excellent job explaining the vehicle to us, showed us how everything works, set up the My GMC app, and Onstar and showed us how to use it all. She even followed up 24 hours later to be sure we weren’t having any issues. Finance was great, complimentary coffee and snacks were great, facility was very nice and clean. I ordered a new key fob through MY GMC website to be picked up at the dealership, so far 100%. I then had the service dept synchronize the fob to my truck and was charged $166 (1 hour minimum) for a service that required about 12 minutes of tech time. I was told that because my truck was 2020 model there is a minimum 1hour service charge which is outrageous IMO! Next time I’ll look at You Tube and do it myself😡

While I realize this sounds low, this is what is listed on the app for the services I selected & booked. I appreciate the fact that you were able to get my vehicle in and worked on relatively quickly. You found an air pressure sensor defective and replaced it but when I picked up the truck the sensors read lower than normal air pressure in 2 tires. The invoice said a complimentary multi point inspection was completed. I guess I would have thought you would air up the tires if they needed it.
