Matt was great to work. We were in the process of ordering a new truck and ran across this one that was 4 hours away. It was important for us to look at. Dealership was unable to complete a front tire balance due to balancing beads in the tires. Was this service to include lubrication? Upon inspeciton, I dont believe all points were lubricated.

Took it in for an oil change and rotated tires! When we picked it up everything was fine on the truck they said as we pulled out noticed a light on the dash!! Went back to dealership and they said it was tire monitoring system which was not on when we dropped the truck off!! And all they had to say was we forgot to tell you!!

While I realize this sounds low, this is what is listed on the app for the services I selected & booked. I showed this to the service rep at the dealership & she was friendly, but she explained that I was still going to have to pay more. I ended up paying over $34 more.

I appreciate the fact that you were able to get my vehicle in and worked on relatively quickly. You found an air pressure sensor defective and replaced it but when I picked up the truck the sensors read lower than normal air pressure in 2 tires. The invoice said a complimentary multi point inspection was completed. I guess I would have thought you would air up the tires if they needed it.

Time and time again, I’ve brought my truck in and consistently received excellent service. That kind of reliability and professionalism speaks volumes. A special shoutout to Scott and his team for delivering exceptional service on Saturday, February 7th. I arrived at 11:45 a.m., cutting it close, and fully understood if they weren’t able to fit me in for an oil change. I even gave Scott an easy out and let him know it would be no big deal if they couldn’t take it. Instead, Scott graciously accepted my truck without hesitation and handled everything with absolute professionalism. He and his team went above and beyond, and the entire experience was seamless and positive. It’s rare to find service departments that are this consistently dependable, courteous, and customer-focused. Scott and his team truly set the standard. Highly recommend!

I haven’t purchased a “new” car in 49 years. I did not do a very good job. A couple of things I would have liked…. I thought were standard….rear door lift and garage door opener. Was disappointed they were not on my car. My fault for not knowing more. Even so I really like my car. I thought Heather and Shawn and the rest of the staff were excellent. Would definitely recommend them to anyone buying a car. Good experience for an old man!
